According to the papers, there is some alarm amongst the medical profession (aka quacks) at an outbreak of sudden deafness which is being associated with ed drugs

And more seriously, I was talking to a dive doctor who told me that there was serious concern about the ed drugs interacting with nitrogen and helium under pressure. Anything over 30 metres is considered to be risky. So if you are a taker of these drugs and a deep or a technical diver, I suggest that you get clearance from a dive doctor (ordinary doctors are no good since they have little knowledge of interactions between drugs and the body under high pressure).
