Guys

I would really appreciate some help finding somewhere to stay in Patts. I’ve read the forum and reread the forum but I’m having trouble. I was looking at the LK places as well as PBR but for various reasons but I don’t think they fit the bill. I’ve stayed in Flipper House before and don’t want to stay there again same goes for Penthouse.

What I’m looking for is place beginning of June for 6 nights 1500THB – 2000THB a night. Must have an in room safe, security on the door, decent WIFi, obviously must be LB friendly, no joiners fees, walking distance to walking street and easy to find. I’m still a bit shy about taking a LB back to my place so a limited walk of shame would be nice. I’m not bothered about breakfast.

Don’t want much do I?

I would appreciate any advice BMs could give me.

Look in the Hotel/accommodation Thread, plenty of reviews there!

Try the Nova Platinum, if you stay in one of the buidlings away from the reception, it ticks all your boxes.

fraser resort might be an idea - was recommended by other bms recently. there is also sandy springs in soi13 - close to beach road
which gets decent reviews and it is in a quiet street and close to walking street.

Yeah, Fraser resorts meets your criteria.

I think Baywalk Residence may also fit the bill. They are only a stones throw apart and both are about 4 blocks to walking street.

I stayed there in December and found it very enjoyable.

I will be staying at Fraser Resort from May 30 to June 3. Perhaps we can get together for a beer or two?
