Can’t turn off daily digest

I give up.  I’m trying to turn off the daily digest emails, but can’t figure it out. Help!

I’ve tried clicking the Adjust your Digest Preferences in the email. It takes me To the Manage Alerts page. There’s no link there to turn off the digest. 

I then click the “Select all” box above every thread I subscribed to, then selected turn off notifications. No luck. 
Do I really need to go through every thread I’ve ever subscribed to and turn off each thread individually?

I’m sure I’m missing something obvious, but I can’t find it. Any help would be appreciated.
