I don't think its that hard to work out guys, for me I think Kendo is saying that ice was allowed to be in advanced before his first visit, and that ice has proved to be a valuble and well liked member in advanced, hes paying a compliment and also stating that we may miss out on good guys getting into advanced just because they haven't visited los yet. Maybe im wrong but that's how I read it.

oh and there it is bax, your sense of elitism is clear for all to see. Just because an advanced member hasn't been to LOS before, you put yourself up on a pedestal as being above that member. I imagine that because I've only been there twice, then I'm inferior to you. All hail our god, bax.
