      I don't follow GBP but for the USD, there is not much changed. Last year around this time, I got between 29-31 for USD.

      the thai banks didnt fuck up their country economy like the british banks did jcs....its not the baht that is strong-its the pound/euro /dollar thats weak...same same result=shit exchange rate

      seems to happen every year well the last 3 just after high-season the baht goes down went as low as 45baht to £1 last year!!!
