      You'll probably need about 75k airmiles. Atm I am sitting on 50k and the only option i have is to pay cash + miles. 23k reduces the price by about 130 quid.

    Phone call off my bank fraud team this morning informing me that my bank card that's in my wallet had been used to gain substantial amounts of money last night in chiang mai unlucky it was declined always use ATMs in banks fellow board members.

      Well said hubert, carrying that much cash can be dicey to say the least! Do you have a Thai bank account? Best thing I ever did 4 years ago, now I just deposit my cash on my arrival day and use my Thai ATM card for the trip!

      In Kasikorn Bank in BigC north Pattaya, opposit Soi3/2cd Rd, you just need your passport. As an adress, you can give your hotels adress, where you stay at the time..
